This one of my favorite gyms and I’m so happy it exists! Honestly its existence on the west end of the island really helped us decide to buy a home down here since it would be easily available on a daily basis without a long commute to town. The place is spotless and extremely well equipped! A huge variety of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. Also tons of accessory pieces like yoga mats, blocks, stretching gadgets, bands, KBs pretty much anything you can image. The place is PACKED! Honestly I haven’t been to a gym in my life that has this much equipment. There’s always clean towels when you walk in and its 24/7 access. Everything is a bit close together but Ive never been here with more than 4 other people working out so its never felt crowded. There is even a private shower room with larger towels if you need it. Very reasonable prices too!
